COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN ► HISTORY

These images show the development of computer software to produce rendered images. In the early 1990s this technology was in its infancy –  a separate computer model was prepared once the design was finalised, and while the images were not as realistic as we can achieve today they still proved a useful tool to illustrate the project. Nowadays the project is modelled in 3D right from the outset, and we make use of the model to enhance the client’s understanding of the developing design.
