Exposure to strong easterly winds necessitated a strategic design solution, one that would ensure comfortable & sunny outdoor living areas could be achieved. Thoughtful material selections provide a balance of durability and aesthetic appeal, helping to integrate the home into the natural environment. Special attention was given to creating areas for relaxation, including sunlit reading nooks and sheltered spaces for unwinding at the end of the day.
